The Aeris Agency provides private aviation and travel advisory for individuals, families, executives, and family offices who value clarity, discretion, and thoughtful strategy.
We are not here simply to book travel. We serve as advocates and advisors — helping clients navigate aviation decisions, coordinate complex journeys, and plan with long-term perspective rather than short-term pressure.
In an industry often driven by transactions, we represent our clients, not a single aircraft, operator, or program. Whether sourcing a charter flight, advising on ownership, or coordinating global travel, our focus remains the same: protect the client’s interests and deliver with care.

Meet the Founder
Nora is the Founder and Franchise Owner of The Aeris Agency and has been immersed in private aviation since 2006. Her career spans nearly every facet of the industry, including FBO operations, flight operations, charter sales, jet card programs, aircraft management, sales and acquisitions, and aviation consulting. This depth of experience gives her a rare, behind-the-scenes understanding of how private aviation works — and how to deliver it the right way.
Known for her calm, client-first approach, Nora believes private aviation should never feel transactional. She built The Aeris Agency to provide honest advocacy, thoughtful hospitality, and seamless execution, while also empowering brokers to build meaningful, independent businesses of their own.
In addition to aviation, Nora owns an aviation consulting and sales coaching practice and is the founder of Too Fly, an aviation-inspired apparel brand celebrating creativity and culture within the industry. Outside of work, she loves Italy, cooking (having studied culinary arts at Le Cordon Bleu), and spending time with her husband Kevin and their two sons, Hunter and Logan.
Her philosophy is simple: protect the client, empower people, and do things the right way.
